Be well hydrated:Drink at least 2ltrs. of water within 12 hours before class; don't wait until last minute or during class to drink a lot of water. Have an empty stomach: Don't eat for at least 2 1/2 - 3 hours before class. Arrive to the studio at least 15 minutes early:You will need time to register and complete the waiver form, and settle in before class. Please allow yourself more time if you need to discuss any injuries with your instructor. Wear lightweight/snugfitting but comfortable clothing:You will sweat and should be able to move freely; Moisture wicking fabrics work very well. You will need a change of dry clothing to leave with. Bring a yoga mat, a water bottle, a large bath towel, and a small hand towel:If you don't have these, we have mats, water bottles, and towels available to rent for $1 each. Have Fun!
